Hello beautiful humans,
Welcome to a sneaky peek at what goes on inside my brain. Over the years many people have referred to me as closed off and I wanted a chance to open up about some of the crazy things that go on inside my life and mind in the hope other people can connect, reach out and find the help they need. Feeling alone is something I am no stranger to and can imagine a lot of people can relate to that. I want to help. My plan is to expose some of the more difficult parts of my life in the hope it will help someone else to feel less alone and give hope in finding a way to get through it. Topics I have had experience with are

*Loss of loved ones or loss of an anchor
*Going no contact with a parent
*Raising a child at 18 years old

*Being a part of the LGBTQ+ community

*Having 2 children with autism
*Living with depression
I would also like to touch on subjects like home-schooling, LGBTQ+ marriage, therapy, self-help, natural healing, friendships, weight loss, book recommendation's, helpful product reviews, self-care, parenting and might even throw in some beauty and skincare advice for some self-love because it’s a big passion of mine. Let me know if there is anything you would particularly like me to cover or if there is anything you think I might be able to help you with. The dream is to create a place where we can share experience's, feel a sense of belonging and find resources you would otherwise have struggled to find. Also, would like to encourage people to explore different views, ask questions and be open minded while being respectful and kind to others. I find contravercial topics hard to talk about myself as I have been a people pleaser for a long time but with the help of therapy, I am finding my voice and being more open about my beliefs and hope this will help more people to do the same. It’s time to put all the cards on the table and get real honest. Let’s get on with it shall we?
